Since the beginning of our company
in 1978, we have always been next to the automobile industry
in the development and construction of metallic parts for
Body & Chassis of different customers as Toyota, Renault,
Peugeot-Citroën, Ford, Fiat, GM, and Mercedes Benz, just to
name some of them.
In Maro, we are convinced that our priority
is the Customer’s Satisfaction, “is the Customer First”, so
we have kept focused in being a dynamic, flexible, and proactive
enterprise to achieve this target, adapting us to the requirements
of the customers in a timely manner. Our tool is a Content
Management System Based on TQM (total Quality Management).
Mr. Walter Rodriguez commitment with this
Philosophy led him in the years 1998 and 2004 through AOTS,
to take Courses in Japan (in 1998 Production and Quality;
TQM in 2004) so he would be able to transfer to our company
in substance what we are developing and using, now.
We are working with permanent improvement (kaizen)
of our process, using Jikoutei Kanketsu (The quality
is in the process itself) with the target of making
stronger our enterprise (Monozukuri).
We are looking for the fulfillment and development of our
personnel, this way we can give our customers the best satisfaction
guaranteed by our own personnel.
